Post the amdump.1 log file.
You can increase runtapes, split your dle in smaller dles, add more
holding disk, ...
amanda only try a dump 2 times, maybe it hit end of tape on both tries?
You can try to dump only that disk: amdump <conf> <hodt> <disk>
