Thank you for all your suggestions! Just want to let you know that I reinstalled the amanda-client port (I am on a FreeBSD) and amgetconf is now working as expected. Backups resumed! :) Ufff... you can imagine that this makes me happy :) Thank you! Zbigniew Szalbot
