Tapebufs is one of those rarely-tweaked parameters, but has been
replaced by device-output-buffer-size.

Rawtapedev is no longer required -- just use tapedev.
The third deprecated keyword, at the moment, is file-pad. As I
recall, this parameter never actually did much. All devices may now
pad their output to a block boundary.
It's probably a good idea to add something to the wiki about this --
either a troubleshooting article (something like "Keyword .. is
deprecated") or just a top-level article ("Deprecated configuration
keywords").
Do you mind adding such a thing?
