A level 1 contains all the changes on the date of the level 1 compared
to the level 0.  So if a file changed on 06-11, you have copies of it
in the level 1s on 06-12, 06-13, and 06-14.  If the file was deleted
on 06-11, it won't be restored.  If a file changed multiple times you
will have to set the desired recovery date to get the version you want.
