I am in the process of installing the following amanda:

Amanda=3.1.0 on a Solars 10 x86

The configure and compile run without any problems.

When I t run "gmake check" it runs to completion without any pass errors but I
do get the following in the "gmake check" output.

Amanda/IPC/LineProtocol.pm syntax OK
Amanda/IPC/Binary.pm syntax OK
Amanda/Application/Zfs.pm syntax OK
/opt/csw/bin/perl -I. -I./.libs -I. \
                        -MAmanda::Tests -e 'alarm(10);
Amanda::Tests::try_threads' \
        || echo "Perl cannot run extensions which use threads; consider linking
perl" \
                "with -pthreads or compiling perl with threading enabled"
gmake[4]: Leaving directory `/local/src/amanda/amanda-3.1.0/perl'
gmake[3]: Leaving directory `/local/src/amanda/amanda-3.1.0/perl'
gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/local/src/amanda/amanda-3.1.0/perl'

I have search for this information but cannot find any information. Is this an
error? If so what is the resolution?

How do I make perl link with -pthreads?

/opt/csw/bin/perl -v = This is perl, v5.10.1 (*) built for
i86pc-solaris-thread-multi
