Is it intentional now that amcheck, amplanner and a couple others are now
owned by root:root?

I am just trying to stay on the same page here. However, amanda hasn't
actually made a backup here since I tried to install the ATI gfx driver a
couple of months ago, which didn't work, and which destroyed by /usr/X11R6
directory, which is when I discovered that this directory was not in my
disklist for some reason. Since that destroyed the F10 I was running, I've
been limping along on a newer 64 bit mandriva install on /dev/sdd ever
since. But I have been trying to stay current with the most recent amanda
also.
Thanks Dustin.
