Done this today. The resulting taper debug log is 3.9 GB large... Assuming you wouldn't want to read that word by word, I cut out the relevant parts and put it together with the amdump and the normal log into the attached tar archive. >From what I can see the debug log doesn't shed much light on the problem, but hopefully you can see more.
