Hi Brian,
Do you have GNU egrep installed? If you do then set EGREP to it and
rerun configure, i.e EGREP=/opt/csw/bin/gegrep. That should get your
around these errors.
FYI to all the Solaris users. I've built the Amanda 3.1.1 packages for
OpenCSW and they will be deployed this weekend. They can be downloaded
from http://mirror.opencsw.org/experimental.html#darin in the meantime.

Amanda users,
Almost got amanda to build the new version of Solaris, once I got

If anyone can help me finish the build so I can isntall on a target
system I'd apreiciate the help.
thanks,
Brian

The configure had a lot of errors, many egrep syntax errors, macro
warnings and type mismatch errors, I can script and send the whole
thing if anyone wants to see it.
