Hi all, In my amanda backup mail report the following error is shown.

This problem occurs when the backup is taken when the machine is in the working state.If i reboot the clients and trigger the backup again without login in to the machine this error doesnt occur. How can i resolve this problem?? I knows that excluding these files may solve the problem, but how to add an exclude. Thank you.
