Yes I did, but that didn't give me a clue that the 'data' link to whatever 
had been deprecated and that for cleanliness, I should go around an nuke 
it.  No mention of it in the ChangeLog, I read it again early this morning 
from about the middle of July.

If I can figure out how to make tar replace those 2 outdated files, that 
would be the best way.  But I need to do an increment of the version too, 
so I may require the user to make a link so the version number can be 
updated just by updating the link, not by my having to edit 20 files that 
reference it.  Stay tuned.
