Hi Jon, Have your level 0 backups been successful? What data are you backing up using ZWC? Can you please send us the server and client side logs to have a look.
ZWC logs can be collected by running "Start > Programs > Zmanda Client for WIndows> ... > ZWC Support". Make sure that you are running the tool with Administrator privileges.
