Hi Robert, What the setup-debug-enivornment tool has done is set Dr Watson as the default debugger. If the ZWCService has crashed, a memory dump will be captured by Dr Watson tool.
When you use the "Start > Programs > Zmanda > .... > ZWC Support", it will collect the dump created along with ZWC's debug files. All these logs are important to debug why ZWCService is crashing on your system. The Support tool will collect these logs and create a .cab file.
