amanda and lvm

I am setting up a new system using ubunto server 10.10.  I have 1 4TB level 1+0
raid array consisting of 4 2TB drives which will be the main os drive and 1 2TB
level 0 raid array which will be the holding disk.  Should I set this server
up using lvm and create 1 6TB volume or should I create two (1 4TB and 1 2TB) 
lvm
volumes?
