Hi,
What user are you logged in as to the Win 7 machine? If you are logged in as
any user other than 'Administrator', then you will need to right click on
ZWCConfig Utility in the Program Menu and select 'Run As Administrator'
option. Then re-enter the IP address and see if there are any problems while
restarting the ZWCService.
