Interesting point Chris, what is the effect of extra, OR missed,
amdump runs on the effective dumpcycle?

 - if an extra amdump is run, is the dumpcycle shortened because
the number of runs, as in runs-per-cycle, is reached quicker

 - does running amdump with host or dle arguments work have the
same effect or are such runs ignored in terms of runs-per-cycle

 - if a server is down and misses a run, is the dumpcycle extended,
because it takes longer to reach runs-per-cycle or might the
number of days in the dumpcycle compensate for the missed run

Must be a fun calculation, especially when runs-per-cycle doesn't
match dumpcycle days and DLEs vary in their dumpcycle.
