I have made a downgrade to amanda 3.3.1, and the problems went away.
How can I do a proper bug report agains't amanda 3.3.5 so the problem
is fixed on the future amanda 3.3.6?

On amanda 3.3.1 the backups run for the DLEs that have an estimate,
failing for the only DLE that have problems.  As expected.
