Im using Debian Wheezy with Amanda 3.3.1, the server is a Windows
Server 2008 R2. The other DLE´s don´t have a problem at all. It´s just
with two two of them which are both called //SERVER01/Backup and
//SERVER02/Backup.
Any ideas?

Post the amsamba debug files
Try to manually run the smbclient command listed in the file.
