Also as an aside, we like to run the latest Amanda and have had no problems 
simply rebuilding the source RPMs from 
http://www.zmanda.com/download-amanda.php for use in our internal RHEL7 repo. 
RHEL7 is currently providing 3.3.3 and we’re running 3.3.5 on our RHEL7 systems 
(with an upgrade to 3.3.6 planned).
