A number of weeks ago, I posted a query regarding the failure of one of our servers with the error

ERROR Request to xxxxxxxxx failed: tcpm_recv_token: invalid size

I tried all sorts of things to resolve the issue and failed miserably, then the issue fixed itself. I felt at the time that I wasn’t in a good place as I had no idea what the cause was. Well, it has now re-occured, on a different server. Again, I have no idea what I am even looking for.

If any one can give me a clue as to how to diagnose this I would appreciate the help. It isn’t an authentication issue as the amandad log shows clearly that authentication has succeeded.
