Thank you J-L. Can you elucidate what is unable to do calcsize and what can not do client. Perhaps also what does calcsize do to generate its estimates. For example, does it consider just sizes as the du command might, or does it also consider modification times etc? Finally, when might calcsize or server estimates NOT be appropriate? Jon -- Jon H.
