amrecover seems not helpful, there are no indexes, and you can't do file based
restore anyway.
The index must contains a single /.
Searching seems to reveal a 'restore' command in amrecover for this, but I
don't have that option.
In the 3.3.0 release notes, I see:
"implement restore command in amzfs-sendrecv, it can be use with amrecover"
