I am trying to set up 3.4.3 now in my env. My question might not be related to this specific version.
When I ran amserverconfig I noticed there is below output: /*var/lib/amanda/.ssh/client_authorized_keys* created. Please append to /var/lib/amanda/.ssh/authorized_keys file on Amanda client Before I add a client, I did append the contents of this file to client /var/lib/amanda/.ssh/authorized_keys. But I couldn't see where this key is being used or checked. - When I run amaddclient, it keep asking for password for amandabackup on client. So it is not checking this key. - amcheck and amdump do not use it. So the questions is : What is the purpose of this key? when this key is checked ? by what command?
