Drives seem to be in good health even tho one of them is well into 
100,000 hours of spin time here.  Next big disturbance will probably be 
a jump from wheezy to stretch on all the PC based machines. Since the pi 
is running fairly well on jessie, and its much harder to change, it will 
probably stay on jessie at least till both jessie is out of support AND 
the next version has at least a preempt-rt kernel. Unfortunately, 
neither of the CC sized boards uses grub to boot, so its 20x harder to 
install a new kernel just to test it.
