When I'm experimenting with amanda after I create the test configuration, before the first amdump run, I copy or tar the entire configuration. Then I write a little shell script so that after I've run a few test dumps, I can delete the entire config and restore it to the original state from the copy or tarball. Jon -- Jon H.
