I've found the misspelled entry in the hosts file on TLM, and I need to copy a directory, but I've got 9 more errors from amcheck saying root isn't allowed to run tar in the amgtar script. Sample: HOST lathe ERROR: security file '/etc/amanda-security.conf' do not allow to run '/usr/bin/tar' as root for 'amgtar:gnutar_path' How do I fix this? Its only been working fine for a decade or more. Paranoia really should be painfull... TLM is a small lathe, and is actually named lathe, but has earned the nic-name of The Little Monster because its 1.5 hp spindle motor is quite good at finding other breakable parts in the drive chain, hence is known planet wide as TLM. :) Thanks all.
