I use dumptype always-full which I believe implies using the dump and restore commands. I further surmise that Amanda has the smarts to check the filesystem type and, if is xfs, then use xfsdump/xfsrestore in place of dump/restore. hec -- Hugh E Cruickshank, Forward Software, www.forward-software.com
