Hi Lucus, Nice to meet you. In general, this is a good time to hang out on the lists, the forum, and especially IRC, just talking with other users, and getting to know the developers. IRC and the devel list are the two best places to discuss your ideas. Of course the project ideas listed on the wiki are just that - ideas for possible projects for students. As you discuss issues with the devels, you can clarify your own proposal. Also, you will want to build Amarok from source now, and get used to that process. See here for a local build: http://blogs.fsfe.org/myriam/2009/09/compiling-amarok-from-git-locally-full-summary/ A detailed information about git can be found here: http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Sources/KDE_git-tutorial All the best, Valorie -- http://linuxgrandma.blogspot.com Last.fm, Facebook, Twitter, Identica, LinkedIn, Delicious: valoriez _______________________________________________ Amarok mailing list [email protected] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/amarok
