If you use Postfix, use mailq to look in your deferred queue for the
possibly offending piece(s) of mail. It's possible it crashes each
time Postfix tries to resend the offensive piece of mail. If you can
obtain a copy of it (them), then you can test further and read the
mail to find out if it is legitimate or not. Look for mail that could
not be sent to 127.0.0.1. If it crashes when you use 'postfix flush',
this would indicate there is at least one offensive piece
