No, the first message says that the sender address is whitelisted, 
thus no spam checking took place. The second says that spam
checking took place, but no rule matched the mail.

If you're concerned that rules aren't matching, send a GTUBE mail
(it's supplied in the amavis distribution) through amavis and
see if it gets tagged.

Then, start amavis with the debug-sa parameter and check what, if 
any, rule files get loaded.
