At first you said 4, then you created 3. I think 3 might be too low,
3.5 or 4 might be safer, but it depends on what action is taken
with the spam. Other than that, it appears well thought out to me. You
mentioned procmail earlier, so I will assume the spam will drop into a
folder accessible by the user. While the slider will be a
straightforward control to most, any additional education on its
use you provide to your users would be beneficial.

Following you through this process of building these 2 gateway servers
to replace your Postini feed has been interesting. It appears you are doing
an impressive job of doing what is necessary to get the job done right and
it looks like you are creating something quite useful for your users.

I am curious if the the performance (load) of the boxes is still a concern.
