Yes, for a domain I don't use anymore.

Primary mx is 127.0.0.1

Spammer starts to use their isp's mail server, all sorts of bounces.
Neet.

Spammer uses zombie, zombie tries to sent to 127.0.0.1 (localhost)
Mucks up spammer.

Don't use for REAL domains that you want email to or from.
Could get you blacklisted.
