Hmmm ... thanks for detailing all your software versions (not).

I use smtp from Postfix 2.2.5 to amavisd-new 2.3.2 and from amavisd-new
2.3.2 back to Postfix 2.2.5.

I only use LMTP (at all) from Postfix 2.2.5 to dspam 3.5 running in
daemon mode (because dspam decrees this), which sends back to Postfix
2.2.5 via smtp (because dspam decrees this).

I use BIND 9.2.4.

I have no problems, I *do* have a test server (this one), which I use
*fully* (sic) for testing.
