I just looked up the netasq thing. They say they are using RBL blacklists; they don't say which ones they use. The free ones you can use with SA as well (or you are already using them...); there are commercial RBLs that you have to pay for. Netasq says for this feature you need a support contract. Find out what they are using and spend the money for some commercial RBLs and perhaps somebody who configures your mailserver and amavis to fight spam effectively. Or to turn it another way round : I find it a bad idea to put eMail communication into the responsibility of a black box I do not really understand. Somebody in the company should have an idea what is going on inside. None of these boxes work by magic; only maintenance and knowledge of a firewall of antivirus/antispam system makes a secure gateway.
