The behavior of the program is such that only spam that reaches a
recipient will have the $sa_spam_subject_tag prepended to the
Subject line. So the answer would be: not without modifying the program.
If a person found ham in the spam-bin, and needed to forward it to a
recipient, I don't think you would want it marked as ***SPAM***.
The X-Spam-Status, X-Spam-Score, X-Spam-Level and X-Spam-Flag
headers will be there if your configuration allows them.
