At log_level 2 the logged detailed timing report will point out
which section takes that long. Could be decoding, or it could be
virus scanning. The Archive::Zip is reasonably fast, although
for a 100 Mo file it may indeed take several minutes. Are you
using reasonably decent hardware?

Seems you are using pre-queue content filtering setup,
which is not a recommended or supported setup for amavisd-new.

For a usual post-queue setup setting time limit to 10 minutes
would not be unreasonable. For a proxy setup it may be more problematic.

This setup demonstrates one of the reasons for not using pre-queue
filtering: you are limiting the number of incoming SMTP sessions
to your MTA to 8. This may be acceptable for a small site,
but for a larger site the number of allowed incoming SMTP sessions
is typically 10 times the number of content filtering sessions.
