I have implemented the SQL tables but it is unclear how to manage
their contents/values.  Manually, via SQL statements?

Ok on that.  It's just the per-recipient configurations that I don't
understand.  And sorry for the critic on the documentation.  I went
back and right there in the introduction it does mention the
non-user-pref stuff.

I thought mailzu was strictly for users to view their quarantine?
