Not available off the shelf, sorry. Admin notifications are sent when
score is above kill level, i.e. for a mail that normally does not reach 
recipient.
You will have to modify code to bend it the way you intend.

Alternative could be to parse the log or to log to SQL and with a
clever SELECT fetch the log records that interest you.
