Mine was found at /usr/lib/perl/5.8.4/Digest/MD5.pm. I would think if you also found one at something like: /usr/lib/perl/5.8.7/Digest/MD5.pm this would also indicate there are two versions of Perl installed, so your problem would be bigger than having two versions of Digest::MD5 installed. Provided there is only one version of Perl installed, if more that one version of a .pm file is found, I simple rename the .pm file I do not wish to use, then Perl should find the other.
