Looks like I've got an older version- it must default to 3.3 from
ports, asI didn't specify the WITH_BDB_VER stuff at all:

  Creating db in /var/amavis/db/; BerkeleyDB 0.27, libdb 3.3

I'll try a deinstall/reinstall with 4.3 since you/others reported luck
with this.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to update bdb in hopes of fixing this.
