Thanks Mark, I'm using InnoDB table.. so DB shouldnt be corrupted.
I don't think that MySQL let me to violate key integrity. So I think better that there is a problem of coding: two different value inserted in DB are dumped like the same value... So when I try to restore the DB data then MySQL give me an error of key integrity...
