Actually I had this problem only once and since when I run:

-prune -mmin +30 -exec rm -rf {} \;)"
As a cron job, so this won't happen again and full up my diskspace.
May be there is a worthy to run the following in the cron?
*/30 * * * * /bin/bash -c "(time file 'var/lib/amavis/amavis-')"
P.S.:
I've already have the patched version of file utility but I'll reinstall again.

Possibly a problem with the 'file' utility or the data it is using.
Amavisd-new uses the 'file' utility to determine file types. During
the decoding, it appears the 'file' utility times out when trying to do
its job. When that happens, amavisd-new preserves evidence that can be
used to diagnose the problem. It is all this preserved evidence that
amavisd-new leaves for you that is reason for the large number of
temporary directories left behind. You should have plenty of preserved
EVIDENCE similar to the one above. Find another example in your log where
evidence is preserved (and you still have that directory) and manually
run the file utility against each file located in the preserved directory.
Tell us what 'file' reports, and make a note how long it takes to report
it (the 'time' utility could be used here).

Maybe you could first try reinstalling the program. There is a patched
version available (that you may already have).
