Are you speaking as a mail recipient, or mail administrator, or sender? As a recipient, besides $sa_spam_report_header already mentioned by Gary, you can set $defang_spam to 1, which will prepend detailed analysis as the first MIME part of the passed message, if its spam score exceeds kill level (and $final_spam_destiny is D_PASS to make it reach the recipient even if beyond kill level). As a manager, you may specify an e-mail address in $spam_admin, which will receive detailed reports.
