How to tell amavisd-new to read the values list for @local_domains_maps from
file in format
domain1.com
domain2.com
domain3.com
one per line, for example /etc/postfix/mydestinations?

$final_spam_destiny = D_PASS
$sa_spam_subject_tag = '***SPAM*** ';
Make sure your domains are listed in @local_domains_maps
(or @local_domains_acl ) so they will be considered local.
You might also want to set:
$sa_tag_level_deflt = -999;
so mail gets an X-Spam-Status report, spam or not.
