I have a Ubuntu / VHCS setup that I have added Amavis and SpamAssassin to and have been pulling my hair out ever since.
What SpamAssassin config files are used when invoked from Amavis? I have tried the standard ones and they work fine if I call SpamAssassin manually but get ignored completely when Amavis runs it. I have Googled this, I have searched message archives, I have spent days in discussion on the SpamAssassin mailing list and have got nowhere.
