yeas i could, although my personal goal is become self sufficient and
effective at eliminating spam to those clients where i deliver a mail
solution -- i'd like my amavis to be very good at stopping spam.

yep. probably the solution since i'm not so hot at programming to strip
it off at my local postfix.
