This seems to be a locally generated bounce, which gets spam checked and found to be spam. As far as I know, the cleanest solution was discussed about a week ago in a thread "Multiple recipients causing soft-whitelisted to count multiple times" and involves using Petr Rehor's amavisd-milter and a policy bank to avoid spam checks on mail from 127.0.0.1.
