My mistake. Because you are not using content_filter in main.cf, but
have instead have placed it in:
smtp inet n - n - 5 smtpd
-o content_filter=smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
that should not be the issue.
But as mentioned on the Postfix list, only having 5 maxproc here might
be related.
