If you have a lot of traffic, and want to use autowhitelisting and
baysian filters, at least keep that configured for mysql (and use innodb
databases)

Look for the sample my-*.cnf files in the mysql docs or share directory.

It should have sample my.cnf files for various configuration sizes.
