There is a standard Return-Path: header field added by amavisd to a message which is submitted to SA for checking, which servers just this purpose. There is no point inventing another redundant header filed to carry envelope sender addrass. See Amavis::SpamControl::SpamAssassin::check() The Return-Path: does not appear in file email.txt, but it does appear in the in-memory copy that is passed to SA - just in case if one gets confused by not seing it in the file.
