Comment out LocalSocket.
If you are running clamd as user 'clamav', add the clamav user to the
same group your amavisd-new user belongs to, and in clamd.conf enable:
AllowSupplementaryGroups
stop amavisd
stop clamd
start clamd
start amavisd
